The team at Datum has more than 35 years experience in the Can Making process, predominantly ‘Front End’ and recognise the importance of the ‘Front End’ in the manufacturing process by investing heavily in the latest grinding technologies and purpose built inspection equipment.

Datum recognise the need for customers to deliver greater productivity and cost reduction and have worked hard to develop a surface finish on Punch Sleeves to enhance the can stripping process at the Bodymaker.
